Recent Changes to the Oregon Probate Code
Section member Warren Deras has generously offered to publish via our Section website his personal compilation of recent changes to the Oregon Probate Code, showing the relevant statutes s they should appear when published in the coming year. This text incorporates recent amendments to the Oregon Probate Code which became effective on January 1, 2017, but which have not yet been published in final form by the State.
Please note that the compilation is not provided by the Bar or the State of Oregon, and the Estate Planning Section has made no independent effort to evaluate its accuracy or completeness — the work must be credited entirely to Mr. Deras, and we thank him for his exceptional effort on behalf of his fellow Section members.
